HOME TEAM LOYALTY PROGRAM

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. All Home Team Member personal details are protected by the Ibbott Hardware Pty Ltd Privacy Policy. Copies of the policy are available upon request or on our web site www.ibbotthome.com
2. Benefits of the Home Team Loyalty Program operated by Ibbott Hardware Pty Ltd shall accrue only to registered members of that program.
3. Entitlements accrued under the program are not transferable to any other person.
4. The loyalty card is recognised at point of sale within the different entities but the points accrued in the Supermarket can only be redeemed in the Supermarket and the points accrued in the Hardware division, Clothing, Craft, Sporting Hardware, Guns and Ammunition and Rural Supplies can only be expended in these entities. Due to IT systems difficulties, points earned in the Supermarket are not redeemable in any of the other departments within Ibbott Hardware Pty Ltd, and visa versa.
5. 'Loyalty Dollars' accrued on a qualifying transaction at Ibbotts Home Timber and Hardware, Wells Home Timber and Hardware, Wells Clothing & Craft, Sporting Hardware, Guns and Ammunition and Rural Supplies (excluding fertiliser) are on a conversion of $1.00 for every $20.00 and can only be expended in the above entities.
6. 'Loyalty Dollars' accrued on a qualifying transaction at Wells SUPA IGA Supermarket, excluding cigarettes, are on a conversion of $1.00 for every $100.00, like most of the other supermarket Loyalty Programs, and can only be expended at Wells SUPA IGA Supermarket.
7. 'Loyalty dollars' only accrue to sales where the Home Team Member card is utilised for the purposes of undertaking the transaction. (The card must be produced prior to the transaction being commenced, as details cannot be entered retrospectively).
8. 'Loyalty dollars' shall be deducted from the Member account holding in the event of prior Home Team transactions being returned for credit.
9. 'Loyalty dollars' only accrue to Cash and/or Credit/Debit Card transactions.
10. 'Loyalty dollars' accrue to the following qualifying transactions only,
a. Normal shelf priced items
b. Sale items advertised to the public at large (in store or media)
c. Dogalogue items
d. Clearance lines where advertised to the public at large (in store or media)
11. 'Loyalty dollars' cannot be earned in relation to any 'trade' priced or other 'special (quoted)' priced transaction, or from the purchase of gift vouchers.
12. Home Team Members 'Loyalty dollars' records are managed in the Ibbott Hardware Pty Ltd IT systems and are available to the Home Team Member upon request and presentation of identification.
13. 'Loyalty dollars' are redeemable only in conjunction with a transaction, which complies with the foregoing conditions and may not be used for any other purpose or transaction, including lay-by purchases.
14. 'Loyalty dollars' cannot be redeemed directly for cash.
15. Home Team benefits do not accrue in conjunction with any other program or the use of any other discount cards.
16. "Loyalty dollars" cannot be used to purchase Gift Cards and the purchase of Gift Cards do not accrue "Loyalty dollars"
17. Ibbott Hardware Pty Ltd reserve the right to cancel, add to, alter or exclude any conditions or benefits offered under their Home Team Loyalty Program at any time without notice.
